Send a document or photo with an email

Once you’ve got started with email, chances are, you’ll have been sent photos, minutes, reports etc and may want to do the same yourself.

Write a new email or reply as usual. Then click on the Attach File button (- probably a paperclip) on the toolbar. Click on Pictures and find the photo you want to send, or Documents in the case of a letter etc. Double-click on the photo or document to attach it to the email (-or click once then click the Open button). Repeat if you want to send more than one photo. Send the email.

If you can’t find the photo, it may be in a sub-folder within your Pictures folder. Double-click to open the folder and look through the contents.
